STRUCTURAL SUPPORT for THE CENTER FOR CREATIVE EXCHANGE'S Rebuild Project and Creative eXchange Bike Tour Fundraiser 2007

The Center for Creative eXchange is seeking monetary aid to complete its rebuild project in order to open its gallery doors to the public and to further its service to the community through arts programming. Financial sponsorship can also be specifically made towards the artist's installation program which helps to rebuild the site in creative and unique ways while supporting local and visiting artists in a time of extreme governmental arts funding cuts. For this program the sponsor name will be posted along with the artwork for the life of the installation, (permanent or semi-permanent installations will last for a number of years).

CCeX also greatly benefits from the donation of materials and services which either directly rebuild the facility (such as insulation, drywall, plumbing installation etc.) or those which help to eliminate expenses associated with these fundraising activities themselves. Such materials and services needed to offset these costs include donations of bicycles and related gear, bike technician assistance, camping equipment (lightweight single tents and sleeping bags), food and beverages, custom-printed clothing (t-shirts and biking tanks with sponsors logos), promotional flyers/posters/signage (printing), and lodging. Wholesale material/service expense will be considered comparable to cash donations.

  • We are still looking for pledges for our bikers for this May trip as well as sponsors and pledges for our Toronto Tour to begin August 18th.
  • Tax Deductible donations may be made out to the Woodbridge Neighborhood Development Corporation, a 501c3 non-profit organization for the neighborhood where the Center for Creative eXchange is being reconstructed. (tax id number to be available shortly.)
  • We welcome donations in the form of skilled labor and materials (as relevant) as well. Please inquire for specifics.

PLATINUM $5,000+

The Platinum sponsorship is a Presenting Sponsor and includes:

  • (Once available) the use of our gallery and grounds for a private event for you and your clients
  • Free admission for 5 people to every CCeX event
  • Your company logo prominently printed on all marketing brochures as a Platinum sponsor
  • Your company logo prominently included for all program promotional signage
  • Complimentary catalogs, exhibit merchandise when applicable
  • Inclusion on The Center for Creative eXchange's website
  • A basket filled with organic vegetables from each major harvest of our gardens for one season

GOLD $3000

The Gold sponsorship includes:

  • Your company logo printed on all brochures as a Gold sponsor
  • Free admission for 2 to every CCeX event
  • Your company logo included for all program promotional signage
  • Complimentary catalogs, exhibit merchandise when applicable
  • Inclusion on The Center for Creative eXchange's website
  • A basket filled with organic vegetables from each major harvest of our gardens for one season

SILVER $1000

The Silver sponsorships includes:

  • Your company logo printed on all brochures as a Silver sponsor
  • Your company logo included for two program promotional signage of your choice
  • Complimentary catalogs, exhibit merchandise when applicable

BRONZE $500

The Bronze sponsorships includes:

  • Your company logo displayed on one program promotional signage of your choice

The Iron sponsorships includes:
